Job Title: In-House Graphic Designer

Location: Near Notting Hill, London, UK

Job Type: Part-time/ Freelance (Office-based, 2 days a week)

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team and enhance our visual storytelling.

Job Summary: As an In-House Graphic Designer at Wardrobe ICONS, you will play a crucial role in creating visually captivating designs that align with our brand identity. You will collaborate with various teams to produce graphics for our website, newsletters, social media, and special events, ensuring our visual content is engaging and effective.

Key Responsibilities:

Homepage Slides: Design and update homepage slides, including competition announcements, curated sections, style sheets, guest edits, and unexpected hero features.

Page Outfit Comps: Create compelling visuals for page outfit compositions. Covers: Design magazine or publication covers that attract and engage our audience.

Newsletter Banners: Develop banners for newsletters, particularly for handpicked editor selections and collaborations (e.g., Casa Raki).

Website Banners: Create banners for website collaborations, events, and promotional activities.

Social Content: Design graphics for social media campaigns, including "3 Ways to Style," ICONS Muse, Weekend Outfits, LOTW, Icons List Story, and "What Editors Are Wearing."

Occasional Responsibilities:

Event Assets: Design assets for events and beauty awards, including logos, invitations, posters, postcards, stickers, tags, and social content.

Decks: Create visually appealing decks, such as media packs or travel media packs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in-house or in a similar role. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects preferably a strong slant towards editorial pieces. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Working Schedule: This is a part-time position requiring you to be in the office 2 days a week.
