Reporting to the Head of Ecommerce, you will collaborate with global digital teams in New York, Amsterdam, and London. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the digital design efforts across websites, performance channels, and email campaigns, while fostering creativity, setting high standards, and driving continuous improvement in our digital aesthetics.

This role will focus on Ted Baker, with opportunities to expand to other brands soon. As Ted Baker relaunches this autumn, we seek someone who understands the brand’s heritage of quirky British style, attention to detail, and innovative design.

  • Manage designs for weekly site updates, including landing pages, editorial features, emails, and marketing assets.

Photography Studio Collaboration:

  • Work with in-house and outsourced photography studios to ensure digital assets are created with proper dimensions and ratios.
  • Assist with creative direction for editorial photoshoots.

User Experience (UX) Projects:

  • Lead UX projects, providing design recommendations and functional specifications for developers.
  • Create wireframes for user journeys with support from the analytics team.

  • Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design is an advantage.
