Our client is a leading alternatives asset manager with in-depth expertise in investing across private equity, private credit, real assets strategies. The firm is seeking an experienced investor relations professional to join their Paris office and act as a dedicated client services specialist focused on maintaining relationships with institutional clients. The firm is seeking an experienced investor relations professional to join their Paris office and act as a dedicated client services specialist focused on maintaining relationships with institutional clients. You will lead a small team whose mandate is to manage existing and new relationships and act as the main point of contact with investors for all their queries. What the job involves
- Lead and coordinate the onboarding process with all internal and external stakeholders
- Respond to investor requests in collaboration with client coverage teams
- Preparation of support documents for customer review in collaboration with the investment and client coverage teams
- Participate in the organisation of AGMs (General Assemblies) / Advisory Committees
- Coordinate responses to periodic questionnaires, including ESG from our investors with our operational and ESG teams
- Participate in reviewing and updating KYC files as well as review digital tools that enhance workflow efficiency
- Coordinate specific operational tasks with the support of MO teams (operations)
- Participates in the management and development of the CRM (Sales Force)
- Prior experience in a similar position or as a Customer Service Manager within a management company or in fund administration
- Demonstrable leadership and ability to optimise team activities with a constant focus on operational efficiency
- Good knowledge of financial instruments and the functioning of the fund's investment
- Independently manage and interact directly with a large variety of investors and stakeholders
- Ability to prioritise workloads and adapt to large volumes
- Mastery of Excel and digital tools
- University education or business school with a finance specialisation (Bac +5)
- Fluent in French with a high command of English (written and oral)
