Hooray are proud to be supporting an established energy advice service in Gloucester, in the recruitment for Customer Service Advisors to join their team on a full-time, on going temporary basis. There is the opportunity if this role if for you for it to become permanent, so if you are available immediately and looking for permanent, please still apply!
Our client is offering:
£23,400 monthly paid salary
Attractive bonus scheme
Temp to Perm
Monday-Friday (9:00-17:30)
Full training given (no previous experience needed)
Relaxed dress code
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:
Make outbound and recieve inbound calls in relation to customer enquiries
Selling a variety of competitive energy plans to customers
Ad-hoc administration
Communicate in a professional and friendly way to customers and your colleagues
Qualifications:
No previous experience or qualifications needed, just an energetic and fun personality!
In return, we are offering a salary of £23,400 with the potential to earn some attractive bonuses! Please note, this is a full-time, temporary, position (37.5 hours a week).
