We're working a well-established, full-service law firm, who are looking for a Conveyancing Secretary to support their busy conveyancing team. Based in their office in Tonbridge, you’ll be supporting solicitors and fee earners with a number of secretarial duties. This role is perfect for a candidate who is looking to gain experience in a busy conveyancing department.


Responsibilities include:

  • Support fee earners with diary management.
  • Book appointments.
  • Liaise with clients face-to-face and via telephone.
  • Audio typing.
  • Provide administrative support including typing and preparing documentation.


What we need from you:

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • 12 months experience in Conveyancing.
  • Ability to be organised & take initiative.
