Job Description
Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Product Specialist to represent our company in the East Midlands region. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring clients receive high-quality products and excellent service. You will conduct seating assessments, product demonstrations, and training sessions, prioritizing client needs while maintaining professional standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct seating assessments in homes, care homes, and hospitals across the East Midlands, specializing in assessment chairs, bariatric chairs, and beds.
* Support chair and bed deliveries, including assisting with upstairs installations when required.
* Deliver product demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare professionals, particularly prescribers.
* Manage your schedule to ensure all parts and equipment are available for scheduled jobs.
* Build strong relationships with clients to ensure they receive exceptional customer service.
* Work closely with the sales team to drive new business opportunities and support product development initiatives.
* Regularly engage in video conferences and attend in-person meetings at head office.
* Maintain demonstration equipment, ensuring it meets quality and regulatory standards.

* Participate in ongoing training and adhere to health and safety standards.
Requirements:
* A-level qualification or equivalent (desirable).
* Experience in sales and working independently, with knowledge of the relevant products or industry.
* Strong communication skills, with fluency in English.
* Good ICT skills.
* A full, clean UK driving licence, with flexibility to travel and stay overnight if needed.
* Ideally located in the East Midlands for maximum travel efficiency.
