Job Description : Function : Design and Creative - UX / Visual Design UX DesignFigma As a UX designer, you will work with folks in the product team to envisage the end-user experience for various financial services products in a competitive space to bring an engaging and delightful customer experience. You will use market analysis, customer feedback, and insights from data to iteratively refine the design and achieve excellence. As an early member of this team, you'll also have the opportunity to define the UX guidelines, design language, and information architecture for various products across the organization. Responsibilities : - Design versatile User Interfaces for different products. - Maintain a clear and flexible Design System. - Coordinate with the Product team on information architecture and user experience definition. - Conduct competitive analysis of other websites and apps that operate in the same space. - Conduct usability tests on each product and suggest solutions based on your experience. - Prepare customer analysis based on our target demographic and initial transactions. - Understand our users, study analytics, identify the gaps in experiences, and iterate on solutions for the same. - Create realistic prototypes to present the solutions to stakeholders. Requirements : - Bachelor's/master's Degree in Design, Computer Science, Development, or Engineering. - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD. - Understanding of the B2B2C marketplace and the functions of the Fintech market. - Strong experience using Figma and creating wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes. - Prior work experience in this role: 2 - 4 years Loc : Bangalore (ref:hirist.tech)
