We are seeking a dynamic and creative Head Chef to lead and manage the kitchen operations at a prestigious dining establishment. Head Chef Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef, with capability to manage high-volume kitchen operations
• Experience in creating and implementing menus that meet two AA Rosette standards
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team
• Knowledge of seasonal and local produce, with a commitment to high-quality, profitable, and value-driven food service
• Effective communicator with a guest-focused approach in service

Head Chef Key Responsibilities:

• Lead kitchen operations across various sections, ensuring excellent service standards and cleanliness
• Train and mentor kitchen staff, promoting flexibility and efficiency
• Manage financial aspects of the kitchen, including maintaining gross profit margins and efficient purchasing
• Regularly update menus focusing on innovation, seasonality, and local sourcing
• Foster strong relationships with suppliers to ensure top-quality ingredients at the best prices
• Maintain strong communication with the Front of House team to ensure seamless service delivery
