Recruitment Consultant

Your pay rate and shifts as a Recruitment Consultant:

• Basic Pay: £24,000 per annum
• Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 08:00am until 17:00pm

Introduction & Job Purpose: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Consultant to join the team at Challenge trg Recruitment. This is a new role, and you will be a vital addition to the existing team.

• Utilise various recruitment tools and platforms to source candidates
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
• Hold inductions

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role
• Familiarity with Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Excel, One Drive and Word
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to generate leads and drive the recruitment process forward
• Excellent relationship management skills
• Driving licence is essential
