POSM/Display Strategy Lead

This unique and important role will work with the broader display team to help deliver impactful displays to our customers by translating visions into the right solutions. You will be a voice of influence in the team and wider Customer Marketing organisation, leading workstreams that seek to optimize our display products, improve efficiencies in our workflows and ultimately deliver a better product and service to our customers. This in turn will help us inspire further moments of happiness amongst our shoppers and consumers.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Own and evolve our display strategy and ensure alignment to our macro Mars Wrigley UKI strategy across temporary and permanent display and installation.

• Set up the next 5 years of display transformation including agency RFPs and onboarding and measurement of agencies via scorecard process and review workshops.

• Ensure display solutions and ways of working are set up and evolved to win share vs competition and delight our customers.

• Ensures we are at the forefront of latest shopper trends.

• Work on more strategic projects with suppliers to ensure we are fit for the future

What are we looking for?

• Experience in a blue chip FMCG/consumer products with a strong Sales or Marketing background.

• Strong FMCG experience

• Experience of working with major customers

• Display Experience - Preferred i.e. working with suppliers etc

• Supply/ demand experience - preferred
