Solution Consultant - Kinaxis Implementation

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kinaxis Solution Consultant to join our team. As a Kinaxis Solution Consultant, you will be responsible for leading large projects and providing end-to-end understanding of the Kinaxis Rapid Response tool, its data models, and design. You will also need to have a deep understanding of supply chain planning processes, including demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, and inventory optimization. Key Skills : Mandatory Skills : - At least 1yr implementation projects with Kinaxis Rapid Response Preferably in Demand planning / Supply Planning. Required Skills : - End to end understanding of Kinaxis Rapid Response tool, its data models and design to lead large projects - Understanding of supply chain planning processes including demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, and inventory optimization - 5 -8 years of experience in Kinaxis with at least 2 implementation projects/Authoring experience in Rapid Response. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders with a capacity to present, discuss and explain issues coherently and logically both in writing and verbally - Hands-on experience to configure the supply chain product and customize the solution as per clients - Ability to create business blueprint documents and validate design by conforming to best industry practice You Are A Good Fit If This Sounds Like You : - Ability to cope in a complex and fast-changing business environment and to respond calmly and rationally to changing aspirations in a deadline-driven situation. - Works independently on complex processes and modules that may be used by one or more programs or systems. - Strong planning and organizing skills including the ability to manage several work streams simultaneously. - Excellent communication skills with a capacity to present, discuss and explain issues coherently and logically both in writing and verbally. - Good influencing and persuasion skills with the ability to enthuse and inspire multidisciplinary teams and build successful relationships at all levels. - Good team player, self-motivated and able to work on own initiative. - Clear decision-making ability with the facility to judge complex situations and assess when to escalate issues If you meet these qualifications and are looking for an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in the supply chain industry, we encourage you to apply for the Kinaxis Solution Consultant position.
