Britannia Hotels are looking for a NightSupervisorto join our team at The Prince of Wales Hotel in Southport.

The Prince of Wales Hotel is an authentic Grade II Victorian building with elegant and stylish character. All 154 en-suite bedrooms of the Prince of Wales hotel have been tastefully designed to preserve the Victorian Heritage of this Southport hotel. As Night Supervisor, you will be required to;

• Manage the nights team in the absence of the nights manager
• Ensure the team are aware of the business and events within the hotel
• Make sure that the public areas are cleaned, and any events are prepared
• Be responsible for regular security walks and floor checks
• Provide excellent customer service to our guests
• Ensure an accurate handover is provided for the next team on duty

This position is suitable for an experienced Night Supervisor or Night Receptionist who is looking for a management position. The successful candidate will be Opera trained.
