General Context of job:
Are you ready to make a difference? ATA Sameday is on the lookout for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join us as a full time Customer Service Agent! To ensure the smooth running of smaller accounts in ATA Sameday, understanding client needs and requirements and setting up processes, integrations of systems and gathering data as well as offering excellent communication and quick responses to any queries.
Overall Purpose of Job
To be the point of contact to the client: fulfilling the needs of the client, ensuring the process is followed, information is documented, and the billing is correct when going through to accounts. Sales is also a big part of the business and making sure that there is a steady stream of clients coming through the pipeline.
Key duties and responsibilities, include:
Answering all communications in a timely manner on the different platforms we use.
Responding and actioning all requests immediately.
Assisting with recruitment to help fill open driver positions as soon as possible.
Maintaining a positive with all existing clients.
Ensuring we are compliant with all contractors we engage
Regular feedback on how we can streamline the processes and improve efficiency.
Price comparisons between competitors to ensure our prices are competitive with the market.
Ensuring that every client has a profile that is up to date with correct address, contact email address and billing information.
General administrative tasks.

Excellent communications skills, including the ability to listen and effectively verbalise ideas.
A drive for sales and to grow the business.
The ability to multitask.
Great organisation skills
