Sales Consultant

Location: Epworth, DN9/Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day from home)
Base Salary: £25,000 + 25% Uncapped Commission (OTE £100k+)
Contract: Full Time, Permanent

The Role:
As a Sales at Sense, youll work closely with HR professionals and decision-makers, guiding them through our product offerings and helping them select the best solutions for their companys needs. Youll be responsible for:

• Engaging with prospects and qualifying leads
• Conducting system demonstrations and understanding client requirements
• Building relationships and offering tailored solutions
• Supporting clients throughout the sales journey to ensure satisfaction

What Were Looking For:
Were looking for sales professionals with a strong track record in driving results and closing deals. While full training on our products will be provided, sales experience is essential. You'll need:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong customer service and relationship-building capabilities
• Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects
• A proactive, results-driven attitude
