Site Manager – Social Housing
Location – Camden
Salary – Up to £65k + Car allowance
Project – London Borough of Camden – External Works
Role
We are currently looking for a motivated and dynamic Site Manager to work with a Leading Main Contractor specialising in the refurbishment sector. They have been awarded a framework in Camden and are seeking Site Managers to work on external packages (window and roof replacements, concrete repairs and brick works) for London Borough of Camden on Low rise blocks on scattered properties.
Responsibilities
* Build sound relationships with Residents, ensuring they are satisfied and kept informed.
* Ensure the co-ordination of operatives, sub-contractors and suppliers in a planned, controlled manner whilst ensuring efficiency of the works and minimising costs.
* Management of project timescales and planning; communicating changes to all relevant parties
* Monitoring of project budgets, including sub-contractor and material invoices, and the application of variation orders
* Responsibility for all Health and Safety practices associated to the project-including induction and site safety.
* To attend regular update meeting with client, Senior Management and Project Coordinators, providing clear and concise documentation and progress plans.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, to budget and achieve high levels of customer service.
Requirements
* Site Managers with previous Social Housing Refurbishment experience.
* Driving licenses is required
* Good knowledge of health and safety regulations
* CSCS card and First Aid certification
