Assistant Manager - Requirements

• MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN HOSPITALITY
• Able to assist the General Manager and motivate a team
• Hospitality management experience to at least supervisory level
• Communicate effectively
• Planning and organising skills
• Excellent attention to detail and standards
• Able to manage whilst demonstrating a hands-on approach
• Excellent customer care skills

Assistant Manager Responsibilities

• Assisting the General Manager, deputising in their absence
• Motivate and encourage the team
• Ensuring excellent levels of customer service
• Focusing on front of house
• Ensuring high food quality is maintained
• Ensuring all health & safety standards are adhered to
• Managing stock
