Role Overview
As a Claims Services Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a crucial role in guiding them through the initial stages of their claims journey. Your responsibilities will include:
- Client Communication: Handling inbound and outbound calls, providing clear guidance, and supporting clients in initiating their claims.
- Eligibility Verification: Gathering client details and essential information to assess eligibility for pursuing a claim.
- Efficient Processing: Ensuring swift and accurate processing of claims by collecting necessary documentation, and conducting Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks.
- Data Management: Accurately collating and recording information, while handling incoming emails and maintaining communication with relevant teams.
- Confidentiality: Upholding strict confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
- Additional Support: Assisting with various tasks as needed by the Management Team.
