Customer Services Advisor (Remarketing & Insurance) – EV Vehicle Solutions & Services
- Remote/Office based (Hertfordshire)
- £28,000 - £31,000 basic
- 5%-10% bonus
- Up to 15% pension

About the Role:
This a great opportunity for someone to spread their wings with a market and a will provide the stepping stone to future growth and progression.
The role will consist of but not limited to the following:
- Audit Remarketing Partners: Conduct regular audits of remarketing partners to ensure all collected vehicles are auction-ready and meet necessary standards.
- Tesla Business Account Management: Oversee the Tesla business account, ensuring timely de-fleeting and management of vehicle inventories.
- Stock and Dashboard Reporting: Provide accurate and timely stock reports and dashboards to ensure management has clear visibility into vehicle inventory.
- VOR Management: Monitor and manage Vehicle Off Road (VOR) statuses for auction vehicles, coordinating necessary repairs to minimize downtime.
- Supplier Management: Ensure timely receipt of all sold reports from suppliers, maintaining efficient communication and coordination.
- Licence Check Process Management: Oversee the daily management of the Licence Check process, ensuring compliance with company procedures, and handle supplier relationships.
