• Mon – Fri, Hours – 43.75 hours a week
• Salary, £34,800 + generous benefits package
• Two Roles: 1 x “AM” shift, and 1 x “PM” shift

The Role

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for your team of 4 operatives, ensuring the general operations of the warehouse, including inventory, training and supervising. You’ll have a range of duties, including

• Plan, organise and supervise daily warehouse activities, including receipt, documentation, storage, safety and distribution of equipment and supplies.
• Conduct safety checks on work areas (warehouse, chillers, freezers), forklifts and machinery.
• Weekly/ Monthly stocktaking, conduct investigations into discrepancies.
• Monitor traceability through SAP (ERP). Arrange stock transfers.

Your Skills & Experience

To be considered for this role you will need.

• Previous experience supervising a warehouse team in a food environment.
• A solid understanding of warehousing operations & procedures
• Ability to lead and motivate your team to achieve daily plans.
• Proficient in SAP, Excel, Word & Outlook
• Reach or forklift license
