Customer Service Administrator
As a key player in a vibrant customer service team, you will be the voice of ensuring that valued customers receive unparalleled support and assistance. Your role will involve handling inquiries, resolving issues, and nurturing positive relationships with our clients.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a similar industry.
- Manage orders across UK sites
- Liaise with commercial teams on pricing, minimum order quantities and logistics
- Manage and improve pricing; quotation / price files
- Exceptional communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in handling customer inquiries and addressing concerns promptly.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting.
Desirable
- Experience in the food industry
- Experience of working with an ERP system
