Siebel CRM Developer

Key Responsibilities : - Support the Siebel system Roll-out and Improvement projects for the wholesale European branches - Standardize and improve the current programs (CRM) - Business analysis and customer service for new requirements - Takeover from project team and assure post-implementation system stabilization for the new sites - Participate in requirements gathering, gap analysis, functional design - Solve unexpected situations from users - Implement new programs for new business process - Comply with internal work processes like Change Miner and ITSM. Job Requirements : - Bachelor of Information Technology Degree or Business Administration (or comparable qualification) - 5 - 8 years experience with Siebel CRM and Oracle PL/SQL programming - Good experience with Siebel Tools, Siebel eScript or Siebel VB, Business Services - Familiar with Siebel application automation, Workflow, Siebel EIM, data mapping design - Experience working on large, complex projects with tight deadlines - Web/App Mobile skills, OS, DB, WEB and WAS Knowledge will be considered a plus - Very good English skills - spoken and written.
