Branch Manager: Freight Forwarder

Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of branch operations, ensuring efficient and profitable performance. Lead, mentor, and manage a team across various functions, including sales, operations, and customer service. Develop and implement strategies to increase the branchs market share and profitability. Maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery. Requirements: Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a senior management role within the freight forwarding industry. Strong leadership and team management skills.
