Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement innovative menus that reflect our lodges unique offerings and guest preferences. Oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction. Manage and train a diverse team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Monitor inventory levels and manage suppliers to optimize costs and maintain quality standards. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized environment. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in luxury hospitality or game lodges. Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop a team. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest service. In-depth knowledge of food and beverage trends, menu design, and cost control. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Tertiary qualification in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
