Forge Talent is partnering with a rapidly growing FMCG business that specializes in the retail space, working with some of the UK’s best-known household brands. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a recently qualified or nearly qualified Finance Business Partner to join their dynamic, fast-paced team based in Manchester City Centre.

Salary & Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and update monthly brand P&L reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactively review and analyse business performance against KPIs, driving necessary actions to improve results.
• Produce financial reports to provide valuable insights for brand and customer performance.
• Coordinate financial planning information (Trade and Consumer spend) and ensure processes are fit for purpose, recommending improvements where necessary.
• Maintain master data, systems, and processes for Selling Prices, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Build strong relationships with Sales & Marketing teams to support commercial decision-making.
• Assist in managing the financial forecasting and annual planning processes for the business.

Qualifications:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA – Part Qualified or Recently Qualified
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Resilience and confidence in handling setbacks.
• A passion for continuous improvement in both professional and personal development.
• Proficiency in Excel is essential.
