Job Description

This position as a Support Specialist Coordinator involves providing communication and coordination for a geographically dispersed enterprise workforce. The role acts as a liaison between the Support Organization and its partners, focusing on enhancing work processes. Strong customer service and quick decision-making skills are essential to identify opportunities for improvement. The role requires experience in managing IT projects, technical operations, IT systems and infrastructure, incident management, and reporting tools.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in managing IT projects or operations teams
  • Minimum of 2 years of Technical Operations experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT systems and infrastructure
  • Minimum of 2 years experience with desktop platforms and operating systems
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with incident management and reporting tools
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or Military experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with defining, implementing, and leveraging process management functions
  • ITIL Certification
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with ServiceNow
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management
