ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Quality Operations Specialist is a critical role in the 3P (Marketplace) area responsible for ensuring the quality of products published in the platform and services meets predefined standards and actively participating in continuous improvement and process optimization. This position requires close collaboration with various departments to ensure product quality, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and oversee quality management plans to ensure product and service quality aligns with company standards and customer expectations.
- Assist in establishing and maintaining quality standards, specifications, and procedural documents for team understanding and adherence.
- Carry out quality analysis of products to promptly identify and solve potential quality issues.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret quality data, prepare related reports and recommendations, and provide insights for decision-making.
- Collaborate with commercial team to ensure the quality of products published by sellers in the marketplace meet company’s requirements.
- Coordinate cross-functional quality improvement projects to drive continuous process optimization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering), with preference for related educational background.
- Relevant work experience in e-commerce marketplace business, familiarity with quality management systems and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, capable of swiftly identifying root causes of issues.
- Strong communication skills and team collaboration spirit, adept at effective interdepartmental cooperation.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards to ensure company's quality management compliance with legal requirements.
- English is mandatory
