We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an HR Administrative Assistant in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. This role involves administrative and customer service tasks within the HR department. You will be managing the HR department's reception, handling scheduling, managing HR-related inquiries, and maintaining personnel records.


Responsibilities:

• Answering and directing phone calls in the HR department in a timely manner

• Scheduling meetings and appointments, and arranging travel when necessary

• Monitoring the HR inbox and ensuring all inquiries are responded to in a timely manner and distributed to the relevant HR representative

• Sorting and distributing incoming mail to ensure smooth postal operations

• Maintaining an organized system for tracking, filing, and managing personnel records

• Reviewing HR-related paperwork for accuracy and conducting follow-ups to rectify any issues

• Maintaining up-to-date records in the HRIS and ensuring its accurate functionality

• Performing other administrative duties as assigned in line with the HR department objectives

• Providing customer service and administrative assistance

• Managing a multi-line phone system

• Experience in Customer Service
• Skills in Administrative Assistance
• Proficiency in Answering Multi-Line Phone System
• Ability to manage Personnel Records
• Experience in Personnel File Maintenance
• Expertise in Calendar Management
• Ability to Schedule Appointments
• Experience in Filing
• Knowledge of Document Control
