This role is within a call center environment where you will be tasked with handling inbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and executing data entry tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, answering inbound calls and responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Execute data entry tasks with accuracy, ensuring customer information is correct and up-to-date.
• Manage customer communication via email correspondence, ensuring all queries are addressed and resolved.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, providing detailed information as required.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for various administrative tasks.
• Accurately process order entries and schedule appointments as needed.
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions based on account status.
• Process credit card payments and handle any related inquiries.• Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment
• Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to resolve queries and issues efficiently
• Experience in data entry tasks with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to manage email correspondence effectively and professionally
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for managing and processing data
• Experience in order entry and processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Ability to schedule appointments accurately and manage multiple schedules
• Experience in processing credit card payments securely and confidentially
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues
• Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations and maintain composure.
