An industrial facilities service company that provides consulting, program development and implementation of specialty cleaning products seeks (2) CSR/ Account Managers. Pay is $18 to $20 per hour . Mon- Fri 8am to 5pm. Immediate openings.

Job Duties:

  • CSR/Data Entry Skills a must
  • Junior Estimator experience is a plus but not required
  • Some math involved
  • Candidates must have attention to detail
  • Speed and accuracy
  • Computer Skills a must have. Office 365 experience a must with knowledge or Microsoft Outlook & Excel.
  • If they have the following software knowledge it is a plus, as they will train for 1 week on systems. Arida/SAP , Procor
  • Statement or Work (SOW) is a must as they will be dealing with both internal colleagues and external vendors.
  • There will be planned and unplanned (BID work) in which the candidate will need to discuss with Project Managers, cliental and upper management.
  • Strong communication skills a must
  • Client interaction and professional expertise
  • Must be flexible to assist after hours or on weekends as needed.
  • Communicate customer service performance objectives to customer service staff
  • Provide great customer service to external customer
  • Manage customer service department staff
  • Log all customer service issues
  • Improve customer sales and service
  • Managing all customer service staff
  • Develop customer service department procedures
  • Managing the customer service staff for inbound customer
  • Manage customer service performance metrics
  • Manage overall customer service operations
  • Oversee the customer service team
  • Communicate customer service related issues
  • Manage customer contact requests from customer feedback data with offsite customer service team
  • Managing the customer service department

  • Improve customer service quality results
  • Assure quality customer service to all customers
  • Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service
  • Growing current customer accounts with high level of customer service
