Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Receptionist/Front Desk position in South Hadley, Massachusetts. The role is pivotal to our operations, focusing on ensuring smooth communication and coordination at our front desk. As a Receptionist/Front Desk, you will be the first point of contact for our company, handling various tasks such as scheduling appointments and email correspondence, while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact, managing all incoming calls and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments, ensuring efficient utilization of company resources.
• Manage email correspondence, ensuring all incoming emails are promptly and accurately responded to or forwarded to the appropriate department.
• Maintain a high level of customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Continuously update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless operations and coordination.
• Utilize interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers, visitors, and staff.
• Manage front desk operations, ensuring the area is organized and presentable at all times.
• Handle other administrative duties as assigned, contributing to the efficient operation of the company.• Demonstrated proficiency in Customer Service
• Proven ability to manage Email Correspondence effectively
• Strong Interpersonal Skills to interact with clients and team members
• Experience in scheduling appointments and managing calendars
• Familiarity with basic office equipment including computers, fax machines, and phone systems
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and needs
• High level of attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Strong problem-solving skills and initiative
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred.
