Please explore more at we are looking for : CLOUDSUFI is seeking a Technical Project Manager of Client Services. Project Manager is responsible for all client interfaces within the assigned Project scope. He/she will work together with Leads in program/project to create an execution plan in consultation with the customer stakeholders and drive the execution with team wrt. People, Process and Structure. Some of the key KPIs for this role are - Gross Margin, Customer Advocacy (NPS), ESAT(Employee Satisfaction), Penetration (Net New) and Target Revenue realization. Required Experience : - Minimum 10 years of experience - Experience of managing digital transformation programs for mid-large scale organizations with focus on DevOps,SRE, SecOps & Data Intelligence, with proven track record of delivery projects to time, cost and quality. - Hands-on experience in cloud native technologies especially on AWS tech stack - Experience of delivery projects in US region - Excellent stakeholder management, ability to connect and present to senior leadership team of client - Must have performed program delivery for a large program of size more than USD 2M annually and grown the account through delivery excellence - Customer centric approach which includes understanding of expectations/prioritizations of customer needs. - Must have experience of setting up large teams and work transitioning from onsite teams /other vendor in a structured and predictable manner - Hands-on experience of agile project management. - Must be conversant in performing all Agile Ceremonies - Daily Scrum calls, Retro and Demo meeting and Velocity calculation - Experience in strategic planning risk management and change management - Proficiency in project management software tools - Should be well verse with current technology trends in IT Solutions e.g. Cloud Platform development, DevOps, Low Code solutions, Intelligent Automation - Manufacturing or Fintech domain knowledge will be a definite Responsibilities Planning and Execution : - Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for SRE and SecOps initiatives, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. Client Relationship Management : - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring their satisfaction with the delivered services. Technical Oversight : - Provide technical guidance and oversight to project teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards for SRE and SecOps. Risk Management : - Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle, developing contingency plans as needed. Team Leadership : - Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including engineers, security specialists, and other stakeholders. Budget Management: - Track project budgets and ensure that projects are delivered within budget constraints. Reporting and Communication : - Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to clients and internal stakeholders, effectively communicating project progress, challenges, and successes. Continuous Improvement : - Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance project efficiency and quality - Should be OK to work in US Time Zone timings (Night Shift : Behavioral competencies required : - Must have worked with large customers in the US - Written communication, technical articulation, listening and presentation skills (9/10 minimum) - Should have good conflict management - Should have superior persuasive and negotiation skills - Should have demonstrated effective task prioritization, time management and internal/external stakeholder management skills - Should be a quick learner, self starter, go-getter and team player - Should have experience of working under stringent deadlines in a Matrix organization structure - Should have demonstrated appreciable Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in past organizations (ref:hirist.tech)
