Job Description

Job Description : - Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a focus on Agent Workspace design and customization. - Experience with Virtual Agent design and implementation within Agent Workspace. - Design intuitive, efficient layouts, dashboards, and UI components within ServiceNow's Agent Workspace to meet business needs. - Knowledge of ServiceNow's HR Service Delivery, Customer Service Management, or Field Service Management modules. - Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform administration and development, including scripting, configuration, and integration. - Solid knowledge of ServiceNow JavaScript API, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI policies, and Flow Designer. - Experience with ServiceNow's ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, etc.). - Familiarity with Service Portal and UI Builder is a plus. - Integration knowledge using REST APIs, SOAP, and third-party tools within the ServiceNow environment.
