As a CRM Manager, you will play a critical role in driving customer loyalty and engagement through targeted digital strategies. You will oversee the development and execution of CRM campaigns aimed at improving customer lifetime value, retention, and satisfaction. Your expertise in audience segmentation and data-driven marketing will allow us to better understand our customers and create personalized benefits that enhance their experience with us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement CRM strategies to engage and retain customers through personalized communications.

• Analyze customer data and behavior patterns to identify audience segments and growth opportunities.

• Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, etc.) to target specific customer groups based on lifecycle stages, purchase behavior, and preferences.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, data) to create tailored offers and benefits that add value to the customer journey.

• Monitor and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations to optimize engagement and conversion rates.

• Stay updated on CRM trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.


Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Proven experience (5+ years) in CRM management, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or tech startups.

• Expertise in audience segmentation, data analysis, and personalized marketing.

• Strong knowledge of CRM tools and platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Klaviyo, etc.).

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

• Excellent communication and project management skills.

• Results-driven with a focus on customer experience and retention.

• Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.

English an Spanish


Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of customer lifecycle management and loyalty programs.

• Familiarity with the grocery industry or similar fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sectors.
