Support the solution design team to ensure we are meeting or exceeding customer expectation with quote accuracy, response time to quote request, and management of the quote inbox
The Quote Coordinator will be directed by the project coordinator or quoting manager to set up quotes, build out quotes for clients, get shipping and install estimates, and pass off finish quotes to the Project Coordinators for distribution.
Outcomes
- When clients call into Agati, ensure all questions are answered or they are directed to someone who can assist.
- Ensure clients have a great buying experience when working with Agati and are satisfied with our turnaround times.
- Ensure standard quote requests go out in under 48 hours.
- Ensure custom quote request go out in under 5 days.
- Ensure projects are quoted at our target margin and stay within 1% of our target margin.
- Ensure all spec info is on quotes before Project Coordinator sends to client.
- Ensure all fabrics have been approved or sent for testing before quote goes out.
- Have quote inbox tagged or achieved before 10am team meeting.
- All need project in quote inbox setup for team to review at 10am team meeting.
- All projects are setup in Sales Force without duplicating accounts and opportunities.
- When projects are setup in Sales Force the correct opportunity owner is assigned and End User, A&D and Dealer contract in the opportunity.
- ERP and Sales Force need to have the Opportunity, Account and Contact information match between the two systems.
- Make sure costs are accurate and captured in the ERP for modified and custom product before a quote goes out.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Ability to relate well, and cooperate with others to effectively coordinate activities and accomplish goals
