Technical Business Analyst

Profile : Technical Business Analyst Required Experience : 4 Years Job Location : Hyderabad Job Description : Key Responsibilities : - Elicit and document detailed business requirements, including functional and non-functional specifications. - Analyze complex business processes, identify pain points, and propose innovative solutions. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear and concise requirements. - Work closely with development teams to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives. - Translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders. - Create comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, user stories, and technical requirements documents. - Contribute to project planning, estimation, and risk assessment. - Track project progress and identify potential issues. - Identify and report defects, and work with development teams to resolve them. - Support the adoption of new systems and processes by providing training and guidance to users. - Manage change effectively, minimizing disruption to business operations. - Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. - Use data to support decision-making and measure the impact of implemented and Skills : - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. - 4 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or in a similar role. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.). - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Experience with business process modeling tools (BPMN, UML). - Knowledge of SQL and data analysis techniques. - Experience with project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps).
