Responsibilities : Responsible for the development of highly engaging and interactive learning solutions using industry standard eLearning software. Apply graphic design practices into practical, application-based learning design and development with the ability to convert strategies to effective and engaging learning experiences. Possess the ability to work in a team environment to design, develop, and build blended learning experiences. Acquire and apply new technology skills to instructional design practice. Must Have: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or Instructional Design, Education, or related field. 3-6 years of relevant work experience. Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro and/or other similar programs. Working experience in eLearning software such as Articulate Storyline 360, RISE, SCORM systems and other training software. Solid understanding of graphic design principles, visual hierarchy, typography and color theory. Demonstrated ability to develop graphics and layouts to support learning products in a range of formats: PDF, websites, PowerPoint presentations, web-based training, e-books, etc. and iterate based on feedback. Clear and concise interpersonal skills, the ability to work across the organization, excellent synthesizing and organization skills, a professional demeanor and the ability to participate in a team environment are key to this position. Graphic Designer and eLearning Developer experience highly required. Ability to work independently. Nice to Have: Prior experience working in Learning & Development Prior experience at a Tech oriented Global Capability Center (GCC)
