Responsibilities : Collaborate with internal global stakeholders, instructional designers, and team members to gather information and understand the technical content that needs to be documented. Help define learning objectives and key learning points, ensuring they are addressed by the learning solution in conjunction with internal stakeholders. Develop training modules that meet key learning objectives for the target audience, ensuring they are succinct, easy to follow, and formatted for self-learning, considering appropriate adult learning techniques. Create, edit, and maintain a variety of technical documents, including user manuals, quick reference guides, online help, and training materials. Review and revise existing documentation based on feedback from users and team members to ensure clarity and accuracy. Work with internal stakeholders to ensure learning design fits with the overall vision for the area and business requirements. Obtain departmental approvals prior to design and development. Manage strict deadlines while ensuring a high-end user experience. Explore the use of new technologies and apply them where applicable, assisting with technical solutions for e-learning modules. Be innovative and creative in the use of language, graphics, animations, interactions, audio, and video. Participate in the user testing process to gather feedback on documentation usability and effectiveness. Must Have : Bachelor's degree in a field such as technical communications, scientific writing or journalism. 5 years of relevant experience. Technical Writing experience, Journalism background, creating engagement campaigns Transforming raw content and scripts from SMEs into instructional material Prior experience working in Learning & Development. Ability to work independently Nice to Have: Instructional Design experience Prior experience at a Tech oriented Global Capability Center (GCC) Basic understanding of instructional design principles and e-learning content development Technical Writing certification ID: DELAK04
