We are assisting client, one of the largest construction machine manufacturers, based in Redcliffe who are seeking a Commercial Coordinator available to join their team immediately.

Working hours: Full time 38 Hours (Monday - Friday)

Start Date: ASAP start

Duration: Initially 6 months with the potential to become permanent

Pay Rate: $50ph + Super - depending on experience

The role:

• Administration of new machine & lease invoice process


• Machine build cost sheet reconciliation


• Negative margin analysis


• Machine & asset stock take


• Job audits


• P&L analysis


• Debtor escalation


• WIP monitoring to ensure timely invoicing


• Month end closing processes


• Approval of Supplier invoices within limits


• Budgeting and forecasting


• Identify and implement opportunities for improvement of existing processes

The successful candidates must have:

• Experience in a similar role


• Intermediate to advanced Excel


• Strong knowledge of commercial operations and principles


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills


• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines
