Desirable criteria:

• A thorough understanding of other Australian Accounting Standards as they are applied by NFP public sector entities and the nuances of the NFP public sector


• Extensive knowledge of the current reporting practices of the Australian public sector


• Experience preparing or auditing financial statements of a range of NFP entities in the private and public sectors.

All candidates are expected to possess the following general attributes:

• excellent analytical and problem solving skills


• excellent written and verbal communication skills


• the ability to work unsupervised and work well as part of a team


• the agility and the ability to meet deadlines
