We are working closely with our client Telstra who are seeking a Customer Service superstar to join their Triple Zero call centre team for a long-term casual temporary assignment based in Adelaide CBD. This is a great opportunity to work for a reputable brand who offer a supportive working environment.
The Role:
This is a high volume and fast paced role in which you are required to provide accurate connections to Police, Fire and Ambulance dispatchers across the country at the request of the customer. You will be required to follow strict protocols and procedure to ensure every call is taken quickly, efficiently, and correctly. Calls are KPI measured and high-quality service must be provided on every call.
The Triple Zero call centre operates 24/7 and works on a rotating roster around your availability.

Duties:
- Answering calls from all over Australia
- Efficiently connecting all emergency calls to Police, Fire or Ambulance dispatchers
- Provide consistent and high-quality service
- Ensuring customers are treated with an empathetic approach
Experience Required:
- Previous customer service experience ideally within a contact centre or face to face environment.
- Strong problem solving skills
- A positive and resilient outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A stable working history
- A "Can Do" attitude
