About the Company



Our client provides premium healthcare assessments and related services for immigration purposes. The business operates in a highly complex health and stakeholder environment with significant political and commercial implications.


You will be the first point of contact for customers during their medical journey. You will be required to provide exceptional customer service and help to manage any general enquiries and queries.



About the Role


We are currently seeking multiple Customer Service Representatives to assist in a 3 - 6-month assignment due to start in early January 2025.


In this this high paced, high volume, dynamic role, you will be measured against key metrics whilst delivering accurate and clear information to customers. You will be responsible for daily inbound & outbound calls regarding bookings, compliance and


If you have previous experience within a call centre-based role and pride yourself on having exceptional communication skills with immaculate attention to detail, then this may be the perfect position for you.



Your main duties and responsibilities will include:



  • Being the primary point of contact to customers, delivering exceptional service and empathy to inbound and outbound calls

  • Swiftly identifying and elevating issues for comprehensive investigation and resolution

  • Addressing enquiries about visa medicals and managing appointment bookings

  • Processing all booking and administrative transactions in accordance with the established guidelines, standards and procedures

  • Simplifying information for customers in a manner that's easy for them to comprehend

  • Driving to achieve key performance indicators

  • You may also carry out any other administrative duties


To succeed in this role, the successful candidate should meet the following criteria:



  • Minimum of 1-2 years' relevant experience within a call centre-based role

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks

  • Fantastic communication and listening skills

  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high volume call centre environment

  • A high level of resilience and the ability to persevere through challenges with a 'can do" attitude

  • The ability to effectively work under pressure whilst demonstrating empathy and understanding the customer

  • Natural aptitude to navigate multiple complex computer systems

  • The capacity to work autonomously and with a team, offering support when needs be
