Operations Assistant

Combine your customer service and organisational skills in the Operations Assistant position at our Muswellbrook store! This part-time position involves supporting stock movement and providing excellent aftercare in the Computers and Communications department. We’re seeking a reliable and capable individual to help us thrive!

About the Role

This role assists with general stock related tasks and customer service queries, providing a positive experience for all customers.

Some key tasks will include:

• Attend to customer queries and coordinate repairs


• Coordinate with suppliers for faulty products


• Receipt stock into the store and attend to outstanding purchase orders


• Assist with sales as required

About You

We are looking for an organised retail professional who is able to work autonomously and in a team.
