About Your New Role

As our Contract Manager, you'll drive service excellence by managing and monitoring the performance of employees, contractors, and subcontractors. Your mission is to ensure all work is executed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards while enhancing employee engagement and client satisfaction in a culture of safety.

About you:

• The successful candidate will possess extensive mining management and maintenance experience, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Actively developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.


• A can-do, positive attitude that fosters teamwork, and a genuine focus on our client's needs and our people


• Demonstrated skills in risk management, hazard identification and a strong commitment to safety performance through effective communication and engagement of employees


• Strong people leadership skills with the ability to lead, coach and mentor team members into a high performing team


• Display qualities of a Leader in change and innovation


• A proven track record in Project Management, as well as operational and service management environments


• Maintenance Management experience, specifically in the mining or conveyor industries is desirable
