• The successful candidate will have extensive facilities management experience, complemented by strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure operational success.

• Demonstrated expertise in risk management and hazard identification, with a strong commitment to maintaining safety performance through effective communication and employee engagement.


• Strong people leadership skills with the capability to lead, coach, and mentor team members, fostering a high-performing team culture.


• Exhibits leadership qualities that drive change and encourage innovation within the team.


• A proven track record in facilities projects, as well as operational and service management environments.


• Maintenance management experience, particularly in industrial or commercial settings, is desirable.
