About The Opportunity


Property Services business unit of Programmed is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our Grounds Maintenance team in Belmont. This is a new and exciting opportunity to become a valued member of our team known for delivering exceptional grounds and maintenance services. This dynamic position will be responsible for supporting the WA Branch and Project Managers to deliver quality and compliant grounds and maintenance services, oversee and manage a range of mechanical assets and equipment and provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and performance. Key Responsibilities



  • Collaborate with the state manager to develop and implement strategic goals aimed at improving productivity, financial management and overall operational efficiency

  • Oversee and evaluate operational team performance to ensure service and quality standards are met and identify areas for improvement

  • Manage procurement and inventory planning.

  • Support the development and enforcement of safety policies promoting a zero-harm culture.

  • Assist in managing key supplier relationships to leverage cost benefits

  • Perform quality checks, monitor equipment production KPI’s and oversee maintenance to ensure efficient and effective equipment operation



About You


To be successful in this role you will have a passion for operations and an unwavering commitment to safety. We welcome candidates from a variety of backgrounds who have some understanding of mechanical assets this could be agriculture, mining, mechanical or turf industries and will demonstrate and possess the following:



  • First-class stakeholder engagement and customer service skills

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft suite

  • Provide care and empathy to our site-based teams

  • A strong commitment to the safety of yourself and others
