About The Opportunity
An exciting 6-month fixed term contract opportunity now exists for a Logistics Coordinator to join Programmed, providing support to the Project Manager in the delivery of our Project of converting BP Branded sites to Shell brand livery. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the projects scheduling and planning is safely delivered.
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will ensure timely and cost-effective coordination of materials and products. You will help analyse data and collaborate with stakeholders to provide efficient, highly quality solutions for the business.
Nature of the position: 6-month, Fixed Term Contract
Location: Adelaide

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate logistics operations including materials and equipment for trade employees
Issuing, accounting and provision of orders to suppliers
Review and report use of all materials onsite
Manage relationships between internal and external stakeholders
Review of critical reports
Organize and prepare any meetings required for the effective delivery of projects
About You
Logistics experience highly desired
Previous experience in administration
Proactive approach to resolving issues and excellent attention to detail
An excellent communicator with good written and verbal skills
Strong stakeholder engagement experience
