Terminal Supervisor

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Terminal Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of their road terminal. The successful candidate will manage terminal activities, ensuring smooth road transport operations, while also maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. If you have strong leadership skills, a passion for optimizing workflows, and a focus on customer service, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily terminal operations and oversee staff scheduling.


• Ensure seamless coordination of rail and road transport systems.


• Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment.


• Monitor team performance and ensure consistent output by providing necessary coverage and support.


• Provide training and mentorship to terminal staff on company procedures and industry best practices.


• Partner with other departments to streamline processes and resolve operational issues.


• Deliver outstanding customer service through direct interaction and effective resolution of customer concerns.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Demonstrated experience in terminal or logistics management.


• Strong leadership capabilities with excellent supervisory experience.


• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.


• Solid understanding of safety protocols and regulations.


• Problem-solving mindset and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
