The Level 1-2 Occupational Therapist is responsible for the provision of high quality, client centred, and evidence based Occupational Therapy services to clients of the Blacktown Transitional Aged Care Program (TACP).

Essential Criteria:

• Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy
• Registration: Current general registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist

Selection Criteria:

1. Clinical experience in the delivery of Occupational Therapy assessment and intervention in the area of Aged Care and Rehabilitation in a hospital or community setting.
2. Ability to work both independently with minimum direct clinical supervision and as a member of a multidisciplinary team
3. Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills.
4. Demonstrated effective time management and organizational skills.
5. Commitment to ongoing education / professional development
6. Current NSW driver's license with good driving record.
