Provide high-quality, client-centered occupational therapy for Blacktown's Transitional Aged Care Program.

Remuneration: $35.77 - $51.04 per hour

Essential Criteria:
- Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy
- Registration: Current general registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
Selection Criteria:
- Clinical experience in the delivery of Occupational Therapy assessment and intervention in the area of Aged Care and Rehabilitation in a hospital or community setting.
- Ability to work both independently with minimum direct clinical supervision and as a member of a multidisciplinary team
- Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated effective time management and organizational skills.
- Commitment to ongoing education / professional development
- Current NSW driver's license with good driving record.
