Our team is growing and we are currently seeking people to join us in the position of Facility and Community Use Co-Ordinator at our location Angle Vale, employed on a full time basis.


The Position:



  • Guide and coordinate the use of the school facilities by School, Council and Community users and manage bookings for shared council and community use spaces.

  • Work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure use of facilities aligns with design intent and the needs & values of contract partners whilst seeking continuous growth and service improvement

  • Coordinate the planned and reactive services provided by ISS on-site service team and subcontractors to achieve the objectives and performance outcomes of the contracted services for the schools.

Skills and Minimum Criteria:



  • Be aware of and understand Work, Health and Safety Legislation (Essential)

  • Customer service experience (Essential)

  • Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality or Sports Management / Administration (Desirable)

  • Previous experience in sports/facilities administration (Desirable)

  • Ability to juggle, prioritise and reprioritise within a dynamic establishment environment

  • Ability to communicate with clients, team members and managers

  • Understand KPI’s for facilities management contracts

  • Sound computer skills and working knowledge of asset and maintenance management systems

  • A valid full driver’s license

  • Must provide or be willing to obtain a Working with Children’s Check and National Police Check
