An exciting opportunity exists for a Full Time, highly motivated IT & Business Support Administrator to join our growing and successful commercial based business in Port Melbourne. The ideal candidate will be a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has outstanding attention to detail and time management skills.
Reporting to our IT Support Manger, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Effectively work with and provide high level of support to the IT Support manger and internal users
- Troubleshooting with IT software and hardware issues
- Coordinating with IT Service Desk to solve and IT related issues
- Generating monthly sales reports
- Maintaining the data integrity of our CRM and EPR (Microsoft Dynamics) systems
- Assisting with the uploading of supplier pricelists into Microsoft Dynamics
- IT set up for new staff members
- Managing office printers and supplies
- Maintenance of IT inventory to ensure our IT needs are met and organising the ordering of any additional inventory required.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in Information Technology. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and ERP systems will be viewed favourably. You will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills and be able to build a rapport quickly. You must be system savvy including intermediate Word/ Excel skills.
NOTE: This role will require you to be onsite at our Port Melbourne office.
